Abstract Guidelines​

• The last date for abstract submission is March 31, 2026, 11.59 PM (IST).

• The title of the abstract must be in title case, not all capital letters.

• Full author names must be provided as far as possible, without any abbreviations, in the order “First Name, Surname”. 

• Do not include salutations like Dr., Prof., degrees, etc.

• The author affiliations must be given in full. For multiple affiliations, use superscript numbers 

• Abstract Limits:

  • Abstract Title: Maximum 40 words

    • Abstract Content: Maximum 350 words

• Please include formatting (e.g., italicizing genes), Greek letters and special symbols, e.g., °C (degree sign), superscripts, etc., where appropriate.

• No tables, figures, or references should be included in the abstract.

• A few selected abstracts will be offered an oral presentation.

• Authors should indicate their preferred presentation format at the time of abstract submission.
