The meeting will begin with lunch and the first session at 2 pm on April 27th, and end on April 29th by 4:30 pm.

The meeting venue is the AV Rama Rao Auditorium, Chemical Sciences Building, Indian Institute of Science.

Please carry a valid ID for accessing the campus.

The maximum size of the poster should not exceed 34 inches (width) x 46 inches (height).
Accommodation - Faculty

Invited speakers, session chairs, and faculty registrants will be contacted individually with guest house details and travel itineraries. Both the guest house and airport pickups have been booked as per the travel itineraries and an, and you will receive the details from our volunteers closer to your arrival.

Accommodation has been booked for April 27th - April 29th, unless otherwise requested. We have accommodated everyone’s request as per the travel form provided to us, including early arrivals on 26th and departures on Apr 30th, only for those who requested.

Students are requested to plan their commute to and from the airport/rail/bus station, and the guesthouse via Ola/Uber/Rapido/Namma Yatri, which are easily available. BMTC Vayu Vajra airport bus are also available as budget option.

Transport between the guesthouse and the conference venue will be arranged. Volunteers will contact participants with more details closer to the conference dates.
Guidelines for Your Stay

Aadhaar card or a valid government photo ID is required at check-in

Participants should keep their confirmation email until they receive their participant ID/registration badge

Room keys to be submitted at reception when leaving for the conference venue

Bengaluru currently has a warm-to-hot climate, with occasional unexpected rain. Please plan your clothing and carry an umbrella/raincoat if needed.

We recommend bringing any essential medicines, chargers, and personal items you may need for your stay.
